In case you have 90+ attack and strength, then melee would be better. Ranged setup though would go something like this... Method - Stand straight in front of them, protect melee and
OSRS gold use eagle eye. They will hopefully melee most of the time, along with your d'hide / arma will tank most of their magical strikes. The only damage you'll take mostly is their ranged attacks.
I think, first of all, you have to construct a throne room, and build a floor in the center of it and build an oubliette room beneath it. After that, there are two other ways of getting into it: A big cave entry that you construct in a garden/fancy garden. A flight of stairs at a room.
After constructing one of these two you have the option to construct a space under, and there must just be a single choice for that. Once you build those area (s), you can build normally in construction style, building treasure rooms, dungeon corridors and junctions, or some other area from above that you want to have down below too.
