You have to download the shortcut for the Water Eject feature and add it to your Shortcuts app if you want to use it.

Download the Water Eject shortcut from the Shortcuts Gallery to your iPhone's web browser.
When it displays, click the "Add Shortcut" button. On your iPhone, this will launch the Shortcuts app. (The app is pre-installed on new iPhones; if it's not already on your device, you may get it from the App Store.) After that, the Water Eject shortcut will be set up.

Change your shortcut as required. The Shortcuts app allows you change the settings or add new tasks. To save your changes, tap "Done" after you're done.
